What days and times are we available?
We are available to provide client and user support as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
After hours support is sometimes available via email.
We do not provide support during public holidays in Queensland, Australia.
